At PrepBox, we understand how important it is for your emergency supplies to arrive quickly and safely. We do our best to process and deliver orders efficiently across Belgium and the EU.
✅ Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to:
- Belgium, France, The Netherlands, Luxembourg (standard)
- Other EU countries – on request or during special promotions
If your country is not listed at checkout, feel free to contact us at info@prepbox.be — we’ll do our best to assist.
🚚 Processing & Delivery Times
- Order Processing: 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
- Belgium: Delivery within 1–3 business days after processing
- EU Countries: Delivery within 3–7 business days after processing
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.
📦 Shipping Rates

- Standard shipping: €5.95
- Free shipping on orders over €90

Other EU countries:
- Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
⚠️ Delivery Issues
If your order hasn’t arrived:

📬 Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may charge an additional fee to resend it.
🚫 Undeliverable or Returned Packages
If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or refusal, we can:
- Resend the package upon request (shipping fees apply), or
- Refund your order minus the original shipping costs
✈️ Urgent Requests
We currently do not offer same-day or express shipping.
