1. Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which allows you to request a return within 30 days after receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with all original tags, and in its original packaging.
- You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the item. Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

2. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the issue and take appropriate action.
3. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are exempt from our return policy. These include:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants),
- Custom or personalized products (e.g., special orders or engraved items),
- Personal care products (e.g., beauty products),
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Additionally, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

4. Exchanges
To receive the item you want, please follow the return process for the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a new purchase for the desired item.
5. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Under EU law, if you are ordering from a country within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), physically receive the goods. You do not need to provide any reason for exercising this right. This period is known as the Cooling-Off Period.

6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or denied. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
